What we’re about
Thus is the Minnesota chapter of the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON). We investigate UFOs/UAPs scientifically, worldwide, and seek to educate the public on UFO/UAP's. At our monthly meetings, we have social time with like-minded people, hear about what's happening in the skies over MN and have a guest speaker or view a video related to the phenomena.
We typically meet both in-person and online via Zoom. However, in-person meetings are subject to change. Please check our Facebook page for updates. Our members discuss sightings and UFO related phenomena such as alien abductions, the latest news and theories on the subject, and UFO related crop circles in an open manner; no one is ever ridiculed. If you'd like to attend a meeting and it feels awkward coming alone, feel free to bring a friend.
We ask and discuss the big questions such as: If UFOs harbor intelligent life forms, where (or when) do they come from? What do they want from us? Is our government/military withholding UFO information from us and, if so, when will they share it with everyone? Is the UFO phenomenon merely one aspect of a Greater Reality that includes many phenomena?
Following the meeting, members may meet at a nearby restaurant for dinner and lively conversation regarding all things UFO. We announce the dinner location (if occurring) during the meeting.

Monthly Meeting of Minnesota MUFON (Mutual UFO Network)
This is the monthly meeting of the Minnesota chapter of The Mutual UFO Network (MN MUFON). Minnesota MUFON (MN MUFON) is a fun, friendly and open-minded group of people. We encourage you to attend one of our monthly meetings to experience it for yourself. If it feels awkward coming alone, feel free to bring a friend!
We meet on the second Saturday of each month at the New Brighton Community Center, 400 10th St NW, New Brighton MN 55112, from 2:00 to 5:00 pm with a social hour from 1:30 to 2:00 pm. For more information, visit www.northlandmufon.com.
Meetings are open to the public and anyone can participate. Please be aware that joining our Meetup group or Facebook page does not make you a MUFON member, but you do not have to be a member to join our meetings. To become an official MN MUFON member (you must live in MN), please join at MUFON's main website www.mufon.com. There are different levels of membership to suit any budget. If you live out of state and become an official MUFON member you will be assigned to your state of residence. No worries, you can still attend our monthly meetings as a member.
Recommended meeting donations are $6 for MUFON members, $8 for non-members (donations help to cover the cost of the room rental, refreshments, speaker fees, and Zoom fees).
Each month we discuss current areas of UFO research, recent sighting reports in Minnesota, and close encounters. We also discuss topics such as new science and technology, the push for the reduction of government secrecy, exobiology and ET contact, parapsychology, spirituality and/or any other topics related to the UFO phenomenon.
Monthly meetings usually begin with descriptions of new and ongoing UFO/UAP sighting investigations. We then have a short break before our feature presentation. Our feature presentations usually include a video from a recent UFO conference, in person/online presentations by experts in ufology or MUFON members, and occasionally a panel discussion on a topic of interest to the UFO community.
