Sunday Morning Yoga will return to the Sculpture Garden for most weeks this year from May 27 to September 22 (Father Hennepin Bluffs Park on June 30, no class on September 1). Class will be held in the grassy area between the Parade parking lot and the Spoon & Cherry. Please read the following bullet points below regarding further information regarding the class:

• To make this accessible for all, there is no obligation or cost to attend. I will accept voluntary donations to cover the costs to put on a great class!

• Parking information: There is a lot near the class location that charges a $4 flat fee per day. There is some street parking nearby. You can also park at the Minneapolis Ice Garden for no fee, which is a 5-minute walk west of the Sculpture Garden. If possible, it is recommended to utilize alternative methods of transportation.

• This is an all-levels Vinyasa class. Beginners welcome! If you have any physical limitations, please let the instructor know prior to class. I have a limited amount of yoga mats on a first-come basis if you don't have one. Please come prepared with ample water, sunscreen, and a towel. It also might be helpful for you to bring your own block and strap

• Everyone needs to sign a waiver if they haven't done so in 2019. If you filled one out last year, I need another one filled out this year. I will post a link to the waiver form so it can be filled out in advance. Please note, participants under the age of 18 need a parent/guardian authorization prior to attending.

• Class will start at 10:30 AM through August. This is a 75-minute class. Please attempt to arrive in the area at least 10 minutes before class begins so you are able to park, find a spot for your mat, etc. If you know you need to leave class early or arrive after class starts, please place your mat near a walking path to minimize disruptions.

• I am not authorized to utilize amplified sound. My voice carries well, but it can be difficult to hear with competing noise in the area and the relation to your mat and myself. I recommend placing your mat close enough to the center of the space. Please do not place your mat outside the rectangular area defined by the walking paths surrounding the class space

Class will be taught by Andrew (Andy) Craddock, the founder of the Twin Cities Yoga Cooperative. Andrew has been teaching yoga in the park for the sixth year. Andrew continues to teach donation based yoga classes to provide a unique experience and service to the community
