JOIN US For A Powerful Group Meditation THIS FRIDAY!
The Legend of Wesak
Each year, the Lord Buddha returns at the peak of the full moon of Taurus to bless the world and distribute the blessings of the Great Ones throughout the Earth.
Our task is to be receptive and conductive to these energies and become servants of Humanity to receive and distribute these energies.
When groups of people gather all over the world and meditate as one the effect is highly amplified.

05:00 PM - 05:15 PM Arrival & Gentle Purification
Simple movements to prepare the body.
05:15 PM - 05:45 PM The Story of Wesak
The Story of Wesak followed by an explanation of Twin Hearts Meditation and The Great Invocation.
05:45 PM - 06:30 PM The Meditation on Twin Hearts
Our meditation will be timed to coincide with the peak of the full moon. We will practice Stillness at the peak of the full moon.
06:30 PM - 07:00 PM Blessing & Thanks
After the meditation we will bless our goals, projects and people in need. We will harness the energy of the meditation and full moon.
Please arrive promptly (we will be present from 4:45PM). Weather permitting we will meet in the garden behind the cafe for movement practice.
