Halloween Hoopla XVIII Geocaching Event

The Halloween Hoopla is a geocaching event held annually at Crosby Farm Park in St. Paul. This year will be the 18th event. The cache page with the description is located here - https://coord.info/GCACJYA - you don't need to attend the entire event, and while there are plenty of geocaches at Crosby Farm Park to seek out, you can also just hang out at the pavilion and socialize. It is a great time to meet other geocachers, whether you've been geocaching for a long time, if you're new to geocaching and want to see what it's all about, or anywhere in between.
