#tmeetup welcomes back Matt Harris, and along with him Mark McBride, both who will be furthering our knowledge of the Twitter APIs, and will discuss in depth the Tweet Button and User Streams.

Matt Harris, originally from England, now calls San Francisco home and is one of the Developer Advocates at Twitter. He can be found at BarCamps, Meetups and HackCamps between the two hemispheres helping developers and users build upon the Twitter API.

Mark McBride is a Twitter developer majoring in the streaming API, with minors in kestrel, snowflake, odd bits of the REST API, and Scala miscellany. Before Twitter, worked for several years leading software engineering teams at EMC. Programming interests are readily apparent at https://github.com/mccv .

As a bonus, Rasesh Shah will begin the evening discussing monetizing Twitter apps with PayPal.

Rasesh Shah is the technology evangelist for the PayPal X Developer Network helping developers to monetize their ideas and applications using PayPal Payments Platform. Prior to PayPal, Rasesh worked at eBay building an ecommerce platform and helped opening up this platform for developers to build verticals and applications. Rasesh has more than 15 years of experience in B2B/B2C ecommerce, Mobile, online advertising and Enterprise applications.

  1. Fan Page List by Quy Le. Quy has worked in the consumer/social media space for the past five years and is currently a product manager at a high-tech company. He will demo his side project called Fan Page List (fanpagelist.com (https://www.fanpagelist.com)) which is a directory of official Twitter and Facebook accounts. He will show the Twitter-specific features of his site, including rankings by followers & list count, tweet streams with inline photos/videos, and trending tweets.   2. Cynthia Typaldos is the founder of Kachingle (https://www.kachingle.com), a voluntary micropayment service in the new market space called “social payments”. On August 24th Kachingle launched their Twitter integration which includes 6 different types of tweets, going to 3 different types of Twitter streams. Cynthia will discuss design criteria and give a quick demo. Kachingle engineers will be on hand to answer technical questions.
