Welcome to Two Moms Talk, a Real Estate Investing Meetup for Women in San Antonio, hosted by Breanne Weber and Denise Mayen! Our group is dedicated to empowering women in real estate investing, focusing on everything from mindset to the skills you need to build your business, all while encouraging and challenging one another. (Formerly meeting as a chapter of InvestHER, but still the same group of amazing ladies!)
Whether you're a well on your way to building a real estate empire or just getting started in real estate investing, we welcome you to connect, learn, and grow with other like-minded women in the industry. Let's support each other on our journey to success!

Breanne and Denise began investing in real estate together 6 years ago, after meeting at their kids' soccer game. Together, as Two Moms Investing, they buy and hold small multifamily rentals in the San Antonio area. Breanne is a wife, mom of 4, fitness enthusiast, and she is actively buying and renovating homes to sell. She is currently scaling her business, Mama Bear Investing--leveraging private funding to provide beautifully-renovated homes to the San Antonio market while working toward financial freedom. Denise is a single mom of 3, passionate about Christian discipleship, and is continuing to build her real estate portfolio through rentals with Breanne. Now, instead of renovating houses, she has the privilege of helping people renovate their finances as a Financial Advisor with Integrity Wealth Solutions. Denise loves empowering other women to take charge of their financial lives by becoming more secure, strategic, and savvy with their money!
Breanne and Denise both love learning, problem solving, and helping others grow and achieve their dreams. Together they have flipped over 30 homes and managed nearly a dozen rental properties. They look forward to meeting up with other real estate "investHERs" in San Antonio every 1st Tuesday of the month and have been blessed to lead this group for over 3 years.
