Our group is dedicated to empowering women in real estate investing, focusing on everything from mindset to the skills you need to build your business, all while encouraging and challenging one another. (Formerly meeting as a chapter of InvestHER, but still the same group of amazing ladies!)

Join us each month on the 1st Tuesday to network, learn, and be encouraged in your real estate investing journey! We are a gathering of ladies in the San Antonio area who are building businesses and pursuing financial freedom through real estate.
This month, we're at our new location and our hosts, Breanne Weber & Denise Mayen, will be sharing the unexpected story of how two stay-at-home moms met at their kids' soccer game and decided to build a real estate rental business together! They'll share how they vetted each other, lessons learned along the way, nagivating conflicting needs/wants, and the joys and triumphs they've shared along the way. Come be encouraged and challenged to dream bigger as well as learn what to look for in a good partnership. You don't want to miss the origin story of Two Moms Investing!
Breanne and Denise began investing in real estate together 6 years ago, after meeting at their kids' soccer game. Together, as Two Moms Investing, they buy and hold small multifamily rentals in the San Antonio area. Breanne is a wife, mom of 4, fitness enthusiast, and she is actively buying and renovating homes to sell. She is currently scaling her business, Mama Bear Investing--leveraging private funding to provide beautifully-renovated homes to the San Antonio market while working toward financial freedom. Denise is a single mom of 3, passionate about Christian discipleship, and is continuing to build her real estate portfolio through rentals with Breanne. Now, instead of renovating houses, she has the privilege of helping people renovate their finances as a Financial Professional with Integrity Wealth Solutions. Denise loves empowering other women to take charge of their financial lives by becoming more secure, strategic, and savvy with their money!
Breanne and Denise both love learning, problem solving, and helping others grow and achieve their dreams. Together they have flipped over 30 homes and managed nearly a dozen rental properties. They look forward to meeting up with other real estate "investHERs" in San Antonio every 1st Tuesday of the month and have been blessed to lead this group for almost 3 years.
For those of you who have attended our monthly meetup for several years, we used to be affiliated with the national organization, InvestHER, however we are still committed to bringing you the same quality of education, strategy, and motivation to make the most of your investing business. Whether you are new to real estate investing, have a thriving portfolio, or simply want to connect with other women who are investing in real estate, you are most welcome to join us.
