Course Description:
This workshop is a simple, hands-on introduction to specialty coffee. We start at the farm, looking at how beans grow and what affects their flavor and aroma. Then we move into roasting, grinding, and brewing, and explore how each step changes the final cup. By the end, you’ll know how to taste coffee with more awareness and understand what makes a cup truly good.
