UAE Explorers and SPx Outdoors brings you our Long Weekend Beach Camping

Location: Ruwais (Abu Dhabi) – Meeting point will be shared on the whatsapp group
Access: Sedan Friendly (Depending on final location sedans may have to park a little away and we will help bring you and your gear to camp)
Charges: None - Bring your own everything- see below for basic list

1 bundle of firewood per car towards the common fire.

The organizers cannot guarantee a car ride for everyone looking for a ride. Passengers can try and contact the drivers directly for slots. We will try and accommodate as many people as we can.

Things to bring

  1. Chairs, mats
  2. Tents, sleeping bags
  3. Grill and charcoal (We will have a few grills to share, but extras always help)
  4. Food (BBQ items, veggies, snacks as preferred)
  5. Beverages (BYOB)
  6. Swimwear for those who will swim
  7. Warm clothes (It can get chilly late at night)

It will be a potluck style so please bring your own food to grill and a little extra to share.

** Please note that we welcome pets however please ensure your pets are trained and friendly, if not please ensure they are leashed

Important Notes:

  1. We will leave the meetup point at 1pm exact to ensure we get a good camping spot. There will be no waiting for latecomers.
  2. All cars can reach the camping area. (Sedans may need to park approx distance away and we will help move your gear in)
  3. All drivers are expected to share rides if you have space as a courtesy to the group.
  4. Please fill out the attached carpool sheet with your details.
  5. There will be no littering permitted - anyone found littering will be removed from the group
