How is Religious FAITH DIFFERENT to ACCEPTING incomprehensible SCIENCE concepts?

Scientific concepts such as Relativity & Quantum Physics are contradictory, in addition to being "illogical" in our innate understanding of the way things work (eg. speed of light is constant relative to a traveler, whether one is traveling towards or away from it, whereas a train approaches faster if one is traveling towards it, vs away from it). However, we accept them.

How is that different from Religious Faith ?
