🗓 Program Schedule

Saturday
• 06:00 AM – Meet at Wadi Naqab (RAK) starting point.
• 06:15–09:00 AM – Guided hike in Wadi Naqab.
• Hiking Level: Moderate. Expect rocky paths, some scrambling, uneven terrain, and uphill sections. Suitable for participants with basic fitness and hiking shoes. Not recommended for beginners with no hiking experience.
• 09:15 AM – Drive to Fujairah coast (approx. 2 hrs).
• 12:00 PM – Arrive at campsite, set up tents.
• 01:00 PM – Light lunch/rest.
• 03:00–05:00 PM – Snorkeling session + training (gear provided).
• 06:00 PM – Sunset BBQ at the campsite (everyone brings their own food & drinks).
• Overnight camping under the stars.

Sunday
• 07:30 AM – Morning snorkeling session.
• 09:30 AM – Breakfast at campsite (self-prepared).
• 11:00 AM – Pack up and depart for Dubai.
• 01:00 PM – Arrival in Dubai.

⚠️ Safety Disclaimer

1. Hiking Safety
   • Wadi Naqab trail is moderate difficulty with rocky and uneven terrain.
   • Proper hiking shoes, hat, and at least 2L of water per person are mandatory.
   • Participants must be in good physical condition; not suitable for people with heart, respiratory, or serious joint problems.
   • Stay with the group and follow the guide at all times.
2. Snorkeling Safety
   • Basic swimming skills required.
   • Snorkeling kit and safety briefing will be provided.
   • Always snorkel with a buddy and stay within the designated area.
   • Do not touch or step on corals/marine life.
3. General Safety
   • Bring personal medications and inform the organizer of any medical conditions in advance.
   • Organizer is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.
   • Participation is at your own risk, and by joining, members accept full responsibility for their safety.

• 10:00 AM → Arrival at Dibba, safety briefing & snorkeling training

• 7:00 PM → BBQ dinner under the stars
• Overnight camping on the beach

Sunday,
• Morning → Breakfast (self-prepared), optional sunrise snorkeling
• Daytime → Free beach activities & relaxation
• 5:00 – 6:00 PM → Pack up & departure

Thursday 16 Oct (Day 1 — Road trip & campfire)
• 08:00 → Drive from UAE to Khasab via Al Darah border (3.5–4.5 hrs incl. stops & border).
• Border formalities (exit fee, Oman visa, car insurance).
• Arrive, set up camp, beach time.
• 16:00 → Snorkeling kit hand-out & training session.
• 19:00 → Fresh fish BBQ dinner.

Friday 17 Oct (Day 2 — Dolphin Cruise)
• 09:30–15:30 → Full-day dhow cruise: fjords, dolphin watching, snorkeling stops, lunch on board.
• 17:30 → Back to camp, sunset beach time.
• Light dinner & campfire.

Saturday Oct 18 (Day 4 — Pack & Return)
• Morning swim, breakfast.
• Break camp & head back to UAE.
• Arrive home by late afternoon.

• Passport valid 6+ months, Emirates ID, valid UAE visa.
• Border: UAE exit fee + Oman visa-on-arrival + car insurance (Orange Card if not covered).
• Drivers: Car registration (Mulkiya) + Oman coverage or buy at border.
• Carpooling possible if members allow.
