🗓 Schedule

Sat 11 Oct (Day 1 — Road trip & campfire)
• 08:00 → Drive from UAE to Khasab via Al Darah border (3.5–4.5 hrs incl. stops & border).
• Border formalities (exit fee, Oman visa, car insurance).
• Arrive, set up camp, beach time.
• 16:00 → Snorkeling kit hand-out & training session.
• 19:00 → Fresh fish BBQ dinner.

Sun 12 Oct (Day 2 — Dolphin Cruise)
• 09:30–15:30 → Full-day dhow cruise: fjords, dolphin watching, snorkeling stops, lunch on board.
• 17:30 → Back to camp, sunset beach time.
• Light dinner & campfire.

Mon 13 Oct (Day 3 — Snorkel & Explore)
• Morning: Relaxed snorkeling from shore.
• Afternoon: Free time ( beach, viewpoints).
• Evening: Group dinner & final night camping.

Tue 14 Oct (Day 4 — Pack & Return)
• Morning swim, breakfast.
• Break camp & head back to UAE.
• Arrive home by late afternoon.

💰 Cost: AED 600 pp (all-inclusive)

• Snorkeling kits & training.
• Full-day dhow cruise with dolphin watching & lunch.
• Fresh fish dinners + group food (non-special diet).
• Shared water, snacks, soft drinks.
• Shade, BBQ setup, safety briefing & coordination.

• Personal camping gear (bring or rent locally).
• Special dietary needs (allergies, vegetarian, vegan must self-cater).
• Personal expenses (shopping, extra snacks, etc.).
• Car fuel, border fees & insurance (shared per car).

🚗 Travel & Border Notes
• Passport valid 6+ months, Emirates ID, valid UAE visa.
• Border: UAE exit fee + Oman visa-on-arrival + car insurance (Orange Card if not covered).
• Drivers: Car registration (Mulkiya) + Oman coverage or buy at border.
• Carpooling possible if members allow.
