Cadence (cadenceworkflow.io) is an open source workflow orchestration engine that helps developers focus on writing business logics and scalable code, without worrying about the complexity of distributed systems. Cadence has been widely adopted at Uber and in the open source community to tackle a broad variety of use cases. In this meetup, you will hear from the Cadence team talking about recent development and progress of the project. Two teams that have recently used Cadence to modernize their application will also share what led to their choice of using Cadence, as well as their experiences and learnings along the way.
