Nobody’s stopping to ask if they should use AI, just how fast they can plug it in. Spoiler: it’s not the right tool for every problem. This talk is about helping you avoid wasting time, money, and energy chasing a solution you might not need — and showing you when AI actually can help.

Keith is a former neuroscientist turned product strategist and startup builder. He’s led product at AWS and DigitalOcean, founded venture-backed companies, and mentored dozens of startups through Techstars and other programs. His background spans neuroendocrinology, cloud infrastructure, and AI tooling — all grounded in a no-BS approach to solving real-world problems. These days, he helps companies think clearly about when (and if) to use AI.
