Join us as we laugh for "no reason" using laughter as exercise and enjoy some of these health and wellness benefits which:

- Strengthens, stretches & lengthen your muscles
- Increases blood flow and oxygen with breathing and laughing exercises
- Enhances endorphin levels which can make us feel uplifted & help reduce pain

- Allow us to be present in the moment of the laugh-clearing away our mind chatter
