This eight-week program is perfect for anyone seeking effective techniques to manage daily pressures and enhance overall well-being.

This 8-week virtual class allows you to participate from the comfort of your own home. Led by experienced instructors, you will learn practical mindfulness exercises and meditation practices to cultivate awareness, reduce anxiety, and promote relaxation.

Through interactive sessions and guided meditations, you'll gain valuable tools to navigate life's challenges with greater resilience. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience with mindfulness, this online class offers a supportive and inclusive environment for personal growth.

Tuition: $395

2024 Class Schedule:

October-December Tuesday Evenings, 6:00-8:30 p.m.

October-December Monday Afternoons, 2:45-5:15 p.m.

  • Orientation: October 21
  • Class Dates: October 28–December 16 (*No class on Mon 11/11; class held on Tues 11/12 instead)
