This eight-week program is perfect for anyone seeking effective techniques to manage daily pressures and enhance overall well-being.

This 8-week virtual class allows you to participate from the comfort of your own home. Led by experienced instructors, you will learn practical mindfulness exercises and meditation practices to cultivate awareness, reduce anxiety, and promote relaxation.

Through interactive sessions and guided meditations, you'll gain valuable tools to navigate life's challenges with greater resilience. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience with mindfulness, this online class offers a supportive and inclusive environment for personal growth.

2025 Class Schedule:
January-March Monday Afternoons, 2:45-5:15 p.m.

  • Orientation: January 6, 2025
  • Class Dates: January 13–March 3, 2025, *No Class on Monday, January 20th due to the Martin Luther King Jr. Day Holiday, class will be held on January 21st instead; and no class on Monday, February 17th due to the Presidents Day Holiday, class will be held on February 18th instead
  • Retreat: Saturday, February 22, 2025, from 9:30 am-4:30 pm
