Join The FoundHER Circle for a welcoming, face-to-face gathering for women to explore confidence, wellbeing and identity beyond everyday responsibilities.

Hosted by Aurore, Carol, Rhona and Vickie, this event offers an opportunity for conversation, reflection and connection with other women navigating similar experiences.

Together, we’ll explore:

• Making room for your own needs and interests

• Finding your voice and expressing what matters to you

• Understanding the roles and expectations that shape everyday life

• Considering what you would like your next chapter to include
