This live session is designed for individuals who want to better understand these patterns and explore practical approaches to developing healthier boundaries and greater self-confidence.
Many of these behaviours can be linked to deeply learned responses developed over time. This workshop offers an introduction to how these patterns may form and what approaches can help in addressing them.
In this session, we’ll explore:
- Common patterns behind overthinking and people-pleasing
- Why setting boundaries can feel uncomfortable, and ways to approach it more confidently
- How habits like second-guessing or self-silencing develop
- A short guided exercise aimed at promoting relaxation and self-awareness
We’ll also introduce the concepts behind RTT® (Rapid Transformational Therapy) and how techniques such as hypnosis, psychology, and behavioural approaches are used by practitioners to support personal development.
This session is intended to provide educational insight and practical reflection tools, helping you better understand your own patterns and consider possible next steps.
There will be time for questions and discussion in a supportive environment.
