Join us for a gentle and welcoming Yoga for Beginners class designed to help you unwind after the day, stretch your body, and calm your mind. No prior experience is needed — this session is perfect if you’re new to yoga or looking to refresh the basics.
Our teacher will guide you step by step through simple postures, mindful breathing, and relaxation techniques to leave you feeling centred and relaxed.
