We are hosting our next Meet Up on 23rd October 2018 at 18:30 hrs at our REGULAR VENUE; The Regency Hotel, Stratford Road, Shirley, B90 4EB.

Our format for the evening will be;

21:30 - Networking in the Bar

Members and visitors are invited to join us in the bar for networking & registration at 7:00 pm initially before a prompt 7:30 start.

This month we are joined by PROPERTY SUPREMO ... Mark Dalton, key note speaker and Creative Finance trainer for Elite Legacy Alliance.

Mark, is a product of the Wealth Intelligence Academy (WIA) and has now gone on to become a very successful property investor and entrepreneur. Before joining the WIA, then Russ Whitney, Mark was a market trader selling cakes, biscuits and sweets in the street markets of North West London and the northern Home Counties.

Since joining the WIA in May 2002 Mark has built a property portfolio in the North West, Herts & Beds, SE London and on the south coast. His strategies are: Buy to let, HMO’s, distressed, lease options and specialises in applying creative finance techniques. Along with all the property interests Mark is also the Managing Director of MAPs, Millionaire Action Plan, for aspiring entrepreneurs.

Mark will be sharing his wealth of experience of what of what we should be thinking about towards the end of another year in property investing especially having had some major government policy changes thrown at us, what strategies are doing the business right now, and what we should be thinking about for the new year ahead.

Rachel, Lucy and I love having Mark come and speak .. he's such an inspiration, highly motivating and delivers enormous value.
