Before the event we are going to have lunch somewhere close to the event venue.

We are also going to explore the surrounding area and the Vintage Market.

Meeting point is in front of the Basingstoke train station at 9.00. Unfortunately there are going to be train disruptions on the day so we'll need to see what the quickest train will be to London on that day.

For those travelling from elsewhere than Basingstoke we can meet you at Waterloo train station at the information counter next to Pret between 11.30 and 12.30 deping on the arrival of the trains.
