Walk through a nature reserve and along the beach to Christchurch

The idea is to have a gentle walk along the beach from Hinton Admiral to Christchurch.
starting out by Highcliff castle we will walk through a nature reserve to the beach along to Mudford Quay where we will stop for lunch at Havens House.
Total walking will be around 6 Miles (10km) at a relaxed pace with lots to see along the way. New Members welcome.

• 8:48 Catch the train from Basingstoke into Hinton Admiral arriving at 10:10am
• Walk down to Highcliff Castle arriving at 10:30 am
• Explore Highcliff castle for an hour or so
• Walk through nature reserve and along the beach towards Mudford quay
• 13:30 Lunch at Haven House inn and Cafe leaving at 3pm
• Walk into Christchurch arriving at around 4:30pm and explore the town and ruins
• Once we have seen enough of christchurch catch a train back to Basingstoke leaving at 14 past the hour.
