This monthly workgroup provides peer support for accountability, offering compassion and encouragement through the additional challenges and hardships that survivors often navigate while pursuing their goals.

Dates: 07/27, 08/24, 09/28, 10/26, 11/30, 12/28 (Meetings are generally held on the last Monday of the month.)

Time: 11:00pm BST

This group is for people who have at least one personal or professional goal they wish to stay gently accountable to over time.
We will explore topics related to our goals, including how we envision them, how generously (or not) we allow ourselves to think about our future, how we relate to time, and how to make implementation feel more comfortable. We will also consider what we may carry forward from past abuse, how we may unintentionally create obstacles, and how to adjust when our goals feel difficult to engage.

Progress may be non-linear and look different from month to month. The purpose of this workgroup is to support staying in relationship with our goals, rather than shifting to avoidance or forced productivity.

Host: Cats is starting over, again. They are a parent of three and a survivor of long-term coercive and emotionally abusive relationships, both parental and intimate. They are committed to fostering mutual support, intention, and friendship in 2026.

**You must have attended a first timers meeting to attend this workgroup.**
