This group is for individuals dedicated to using tools and practices of self-parenting, including IFS parts work, self-compassion, mindfulness, and emotional regulation techniques, to nurture inner healing and personal growth.
Join us to explore self-parenting triumphs and challenges, share insights and breakthroughs, practice healing tools like IFS and mindfulness, and discuss concepts from self-compassion and inner child work that support recovery and growth.

YOUR ORGANIZER: Ari is a long-term SONA member since 2021 and recent addition to the organizer team. She is a deeply committed single dog-mom to her two adorable bully-pit mix rescues who she escaped narcissistic intimate partner abuse with shortly before joining SONA. In a classic "come for the partner, stay for the parent" move, the knowledge and resources gained through the healing process lead to discovering that her mother had been the narcissism king-pin of her life all along. Now many years in to her own healing and self-reparenting journey, Ari is passionate about sharing what she has learned and helping others survive, recover, and thrive.
