At £97 per seat, every person in the room has skin in the game. To maintain this high-status environment, your attendance requires a dual commitment:

• Bring Your Bottleneck: You must come prepared to share one high-stakes sticking point currently stalling your revenue or growth.
• Act as a Peer Advisor: You are expected to listen intently to your peers and provide objective, tactical advice based on your own expertise.

How the Session Works (The 15-Minute Block)
We utilize a strict timer app to ensure the "Board" remains disciplined and efficient. We allocate 120 minutes for the session, allowing each of the 8 founders a 15-minute "Strategic Block" structured as follows:

• 3 Minutes: You present the context of your bottleneck.
• 10 Minutes: The Board (Facilitators and Peers) provides direct diagnostic feedback and solutions.
• 2 Minutes: We summarize the discussion into an actionable 3-point Breakthrough Plan.

Professional Logistics

• Be On Time: We respect that every founder is busy - and, we expect you also to respect everyone's time. The meeting will be locked 5 minutes after the start time, no exceptions.
• The "Efficiency" Rule: If all bottlenecks are resolved with clinical precision before the two-hour mark, we conclude the meeting early. We value your time as much as your investment.
• No Long-Term Contracts: This is an on-demand resource. Join the Board when you are stuck; take your resolution and get back to execution.
• Payment: Admission is £97, processed via the PayPal/Meetup integration. Your RSVP is only confirmed once payment is complete.
