Gav is a property investor and developer, and the driving force behind 83 Property Group. With a focus on off-market opportunities, creative deal structuring, and planning-led developments, he has been involved in over 100 property transactions across multiple strategies.

Operating across Essex, London, and the north east, Gav specialises in sourcing and structuring deals directly with vendors — often where others don’t see the opportunity. His approach combines hands-on construction experience with a commercial mindset, allowing him to assess projects from acquisition through to exit.

Through 83 Property, he continues to build his own portfolio while also working closely with investors, developers, and industry professionals to deliver opportunities that are thoroughly vetted and ready to execute.

Known for his straight-talking style and results-driven approach, Gav is passionate about building long-term relationships, creating momentum, and turning conversations into deals.
