Ukrainian dinner (+ drink π)

THE DINNER WILL BE DONE ALSO IN CASE OF RAIN (I have a covered part of the terrace)
Hello everyone!
Have you ever come across the word "borsch" when talking about Ukraine? Well, there's so much more to discover!
I'd like to extend a warm invitation for you to join me at my place and explore the wonderful world of Ukrainian cuisine. This cuisine boasts ancient roots and is built on simple ingredients like meat, potatoes, mushrooms, vegetables, and of course, the iconic beetroot. We use beetroot to create our treasured dish called borΕ‘Δ. When combined and enriched with herbs and spices, these elements come together to offer a diverse range of soups, salads, main courses, sides, and desserts that will truly amaze your taste buds.

(just consider the cost of the ingredients and the effort I put in).
A LITTLE ABOUT ME:
I'm Olena, born in 1996 in the beautiful city of Lviv. When I was 3 years old, my family moved to Izjum (which means "grape," just like you'll see on the city's flag) in the eastern part of Ukraine, Kharkiv Oblast. From my childhood memories, I recall assisting my grandmother as she prepared okroΕ‘ka (a cold soup made with meat, eggs, and vegetables π). Saturday mornings were dedicated to an early market visit for the freshest produce. I can still vividly remember the aroma of freshly baked pierogi π₯ and those countryside holidays where we'd light a fire to cook the marinated Ε‘aΕ‘lyk π we had prepared the night before.
At the age of 10, I moved to Italy and settled in a small village. There, my mother and I took it upon ourselves to introduce the rich Ukrainian culinary traditions to the locals. We went out of our way to find ingredients that were often scarce abroad, sometimes even improvising to recreate the flavors we missed.
For almost a year now, I've been residing in Barcelona. I'd love to recreate the ambiance of my homeland on the terrace of my home, which I share with my partner. Imagine good food, Ukrainian music, and a warm atmosphere. Our location is just a short 10-minute walk away from the Sagrada Familia.
