FlashMob. Meet & Greet and Song Circle Jam June 30th

Tiki Social & Circle Jam

Game Plan: CHANGE OF EVENT TIME. We meet at 1 pm.
They say the place is so packed at 10:30 we'd have an hour wait... so I'm moving the event time ... better for us!
We'll meet for some coffee and tasty snack at Super Bloom in Mission Bay.
It is a fun little coffee shop/Cafe located just down the hill from Fast Times.
FLASHMOB! 2pm on the Dot!

That's right! at EXACTLY 2pm everyone will whip out their Ukuleles and we will all bust out singing Over the Rainbow by IZ. After the song we will all get up and exit SuperBloom. We will go about 100 yards to the lawn under the 2 beautiful shade trees on the bay. We will set up there and do a little Circle Jam. Fun! Bring a lawn chair and everything else you need to have fun.

It’s easy to find! From Fast Times you would take Clairemont drive down the hill, go past the Freeway exits and drive straight into the driveway of Bloom. You can’t Miss it!

Super Bloom at the Mission Bay Beach Club, is a casual cafe featuring locally roasted coffee, speciality drinks, and healthy food options. See theirhttps://www.missionbaybeachclub.com/superbloom Menu here.
They serve Eggs & Bacon, Tasty Drinks, Avocado Toast and other things.
They also serve a good selection wine and beer for the Tiki Teetotalers.

Around 2pm, after we enjoy a little snack & some coffee at SuperBloom and some quality Tiki Social Time; we will move down on the lawn for our Jam on the Bay. It’s 100 yards from Bloom. We will set up a little song circle jam underneath the trees in the Bay.

The View is spectacular from there. Bring a folding chair to sit in and whatever gear you need to do your jam. We will be using the new tune book. As an added bonus, Bloom has a very clean, nice restroom - and we will be near it.
KEV will be on hand to answer your ukulele questions and help you with your playing. Come and meet your fellow Tikis. Calling all Sneaky Tikis, Sea Turtles, Starfish and Divin' Ducks to this event!

It can be windy at the Bay.
This is an outdoor event. Remember to bring appropriate comfy clothes.
