What we’re about
Every 3rd Monday Join Maureen Andary, longtime Uke teacher and enthusiast, for a fun ukulele strum along at the School of Musical Traditions in Takoma Park, MD at 7112 Willow Avenue. Music provided and we’ll have free pizza to share. Come armed with a song to lead or simply show up and strum along for the ride!
Registration recommended (for accurate pizza ordering) and walk-ins are welcome. This is not at the beloved House of Musical Traditions - it is at a separate, nearby ADA accessible facility with free parking!

See all- Ukulele Repertoire for All! SAT 6/7 @ 12:30pm7112 Willow Ave, Takoma Park, MD$30.00
Learn a fun ukulele song in the pop, rock, + folk realms. Maureen will provide two different sheets - one for beginner players and one for intermediate players. This way, everyone wins! Beginners can push their skills with chord changes and intermediate players can enjoy tinkering with riffs and engaging in new strum and picking patterns. On top of it all, we get a layered sound as a group, as both parts weave seamlessly together. Leave with one new song under your belt and a whole lot of happiness! This class meets once a month on the 1st or 2nd Saturdays of the month from 12-1pm. Register Here!
