Phones away. This is a deliberately offline, in-person session.
We review ULEAD's Career Architecture framework together, share challenges and experiences to support each other (e.g. where you are, what's blocking you, and what to do next).
What happens:
- Small group of 3 women per session
- Open conversation around Career Architecture
- Peer sharing on challenges, blockers, and next steps
- All participants leave with full access to ULEAD's Career Architecture Program, free of charge.
- Phones away. Fully offline. Real conversations only.
Who this is for:
- Women navigating a career transition
- Women seeking a new role or promotion
- Women looking for peer support and honest dialogue
Program:
Participants receive full access to ULEAD's Career Architecture Program, a 10-hour, self-paced curriculum structured across three modules:- Self-awareness — identifying your strengths, growth areas, and the direction that aligns with both
- Practical toolkit — resume, networking, and a structured approach to the job search
- Resilience and confidence — tools to sustain momentum through the process
The program is fully funded and built by ULEAD, available at no cost to all participants.
Why it matters:
Women hold just 29% of C-suite roles despite making up nearly half of entry-level workforces. In 2025, only 93 women were promoted to manager for every 100 men. Four in ten entry-level women have received no promotion, stretch assignment, or development opportunity in the past two years.Places are limited to 3 participants per session.
