Financial Literacy — Women's Session by ULEAD
Details
Join a small group of women for drinks and an open conversation about financial literacy (= ability to make informed, confident decisions about your money across five areas: Earn, Save, Invest, Protect, Plan).
Phones away. This is a deliberately offline, in-person session to build human connection.
What happens:
- Small group of 3 women per session
- Open conversation around ULEAD's Financial Literacy framework
- Peer sharing on challenges, blockers, and next steps
- All participants leave with full, free access to ULEAD's program
- Phones away. Fully offline. Human connection.
Who this is for:
- Women who want to understand and grow their financial knowledge
- Women looking to negotiate better, invest smarter, and plan ahead
- Women looking for peer support and honest dialogue
Programme structure:
All participants receive full complimentary access to ULEAD's Financial Literacy Program, a 10-hour self-paced curriculum across 5 modules: Earn, Save, Invest, Protect, Plan.
Why it matters:
Across all 27 EU member states, men show higher financial literacy than women by an average of 18 percentage points. Only 12% of women globally invest in stocks or mutual funds, compared to 28% of men. In Europe, women earn 12.7% less than their male counterparts and are more likely to work in industries where their work is systematically underpaid.
Places are limited to 3 participants per session. The program is fully funded and built by ULEAD, available at no cost to all participants.
