UGC Halloween Event at Billy's Midway Arcade
Details
Our first live event is a Spooky Halloween at Billy's Midway Arcade in Hawthorne, NJ!
Attendees will get an all-day pass to Billy's, plus we'll have the following perks and activities:
- Arcade Games & Pinball All Night!
- Private Party Room
- Pizza and Soda
- Costume Contest (optional)
- 3 Game Tournament
We'll announce 3 games from Billy's stellar collection at the start of the event, and whoever gets the high score on each will win a prize! (One prize per player)
Win any of the 3 games and receive:
- Your entry fee refund
- A 5-day pass to Billy's Midway Arcade!
*The winner of the costume contest also receives a 5-day pass!
Additional Details:
- The event starts at 6 pm, but the tournament will be from 7-10, so people have time to get settled before we play.
- Everyone gets 3 tries per game. Your highest of your 3 turns is your official score for that game.
- Sign-ups through Meetup are receiving a $5 discount. If you wish to just show up at the event or bring a guest, it is allowed. Anyone paying at the door will pay the full $30 all-day rate.
- Participants can show up early and/or stay after the event and have full access to the arcade for no additional cost. The party room will be available from 6 pm to close.
