This Monday’s Mentor Monday is a powerful, reflective session designed to help you step out of autopilot and into clarity as we move toward 2026.
We’ll explore:

• the inner work of leadership
• self-awareness and identity shifts
• habits and emotional patterns that shape how you show up
• what needs to be released — and what you’re ready to embody next

This is not about performance or pitching.
It’s about grounding, presence, and alignment.
It’s for women who feel:

• ready to lead differently
• called to step into visibility with confidence
• curious about the next version of themselves
• open to doing the inner work that supports outer growth

We’ll also gently introduce the A.L.L. Leadership Pathway for 2026 — a structured way for women to grow into leadership, visibility, and contribution within the A.L.L. community.
