Learn how to use these tools to spot common barriers, from missing alt text to improper heading structure, and take actionable steps to improve your site’s accessibility. We’ll cover the basics of accessibility testing, how to interpret WAVE reports, and prioritize fixes to make sure your website is inclusive for all users. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to streamline your accessibility workflow, this session will provide practical guidance you can apply right away.

  Are your git repos a dumping ground for code? I'm really fussy about how people use git - and that's a good thing. We'll take a look at branching strategies, the importance of commit messages and how often should you commit, anyway? Let's investigate how, with 5 simple tips, we can turn a code dump into a glorious archive of software and how this can save time, frustration and money.

The meetup will be hosted at Aspire Systems (Method4), Trade Street, Cardiff, CF10 5DT, a less than 5-minute walk from Cardiff Central train station.
Parking options

• There is on-street pay & display (free after 6pm) parking at Trade Street, although spaces can be limited during work hours.
• Cardiff Central Train Station car park ~ less than a 2-minute walk.
• John Lewis Car Park ~ 8-minute walk.
• St David's / Dewi Sant car park ~ 12-minute walk.
