The Bristol Umbraco User Group - umbristol.co.uk
The aim of the user-group is to meet on a monthly basis, with a 2-monthly rotation: one month being an informal social gathering at a pub; the following month an office-based session/talk meet-up hosted by a local Umbraco partner/business.
The user-group was established in January 2010. A typical social meet-up is attended by 15+ people, where as the session/talks meet-ups attract larger attendees (25+ people).

We continue our Umbraco Bristol events with two hands-on talks, hosted by the team at manifesto at Runway East in central Bristol, with the usual food and drink provided for the evening for you to enjoy.
The talks for the evening will be:
- "Observability is a Superpower - Giving Developers and AI Agents X-Ray Vision" by Carl Sargunar
Observability closes the feedback loop — but it is often introduced only after something has already broken in production. It can shine in that situation, but what if the same telemetry could also help us build better software before it is released? And what if it could give an AI coding agent enough context to test, diagnose and improve its own work?
- "The Great Umbraco Search Shake-Up: Examine, Algolia & Azure Compared " by Büşra Şengül
In this session, Büşra will break down what Umbraco Search actually changes under the hood, then get hands-on with live demos comparing three ways to power search on an Umbraco site: Examine, Algolia, and a custom Azure AI Search integration built on the same provider model.
