Richard Jackson - Process Mapping and Empathy

While working on process mapping projects, Rich started to appreciate the value of process maps as tools for improving communication, empathy and compassion between individuals, departments, and partners at all levels of business. This talk discusses the value that comes from visual representations of day-to-day working practices, and how such visuals can be used to make everyone's life easier.

Owain Jones - Content Apps and Custom Dashboards, what they are, and why you should be building them

Owain's talk is a non-technical overview of what Content Apps and Custom Dashboards are. He will show us how to make them, and why we would want to use them. Owain will also show examples of some that he has created for his clients.
