umBristol talks at the RAC

Hey folks,

We've got another fantastic line-up of talks for you this month, hosted by and supported by the RAC. There'll be some food and drink available during the event.

Talks:

• Paul Evans - How the RAC build Next.js and .NET applications, quickly and at scale - showing the patterns and practices to standardise configuration, authentication, pr-builds, CI/CD, component libraries and much more
• Jackson Lewis - Showcase of how to take an iterative approach to improve web performance, track down errors and diagnose problems in production using tools such as Sentry and App Insights.
• Nurhak Kaya, A Practical Guide to Unlocking Accessibility of Websites - In this session, we’ll dive into using powerful tools like WAVE to identify and address accessibility issues on your website. Learn how to use these tools to spot common barriers, from missing alt text to improper heading structure, and take actionable steps to improve your site’s accessibility.
