Join us for silent meditation in the park! This event is open to and welcomes followers from all religious and spiritual traditions. All meditation practices are welcome as long as they are silent and do not disturb others. 🙏
We will meet a little east (upriver) from the Half Shell, in the grassy area there that's flat and shady.
BYOS—bring your own seat (cushion, chair, yoga mat, towel, or blanket, etc.).
Meditation will be for a 40 minute period. There will be time before meditation to address any questions and to settle ourselves a bit. You may quietly arrive or leave at any time. Please try not to disturb others.
