Unadulting is a relaxed, hands-on play session for adults who need a break from thinking, planning, and performing 🧠✨ This is a low-pressure space to decompress, create, and play—no journaling, no processing, no expectations.

The first Unadulting session will include open activity tables with DIY + tactile fun, including:
🎨 DIY liquid sensory bottles
🪨 Weighted calm objects / desk toys
🧩 Polymer clay fidgets / totems
🫧 Squishy stress balls
🧱 Wood block & pattern boards with puzzles

Two tables will be free-for-all play zones 🖍️🎲—bring coloring sheets, small games, fidgets, or just explore what’s already there (totally optional). All materials for planned activities are provided.

There’s no formal agenda—move at your own pace, jump in or observe, chat or stay quiet. This is about ease, not effort 😌
