No skill needed. If you played as a kid, your body remembers. If you didn't, we'll teach you in thirty seconds.

Bring your own food and drinks, a mat if you have one, and whoever you want — come alone or bring five friends.

Spoon + lemon if you want to race. Sneakers either way.
