2.1 Voluntary Participation: Participation in this event is entirely voluntary. By attending, the Participant acknowledges and accepts that they are participating at their own risk.
2.2 Assumption of Risk: The Participant assumes all risks associated with attending the event, joining the group WhatsApp chat, or engaging in the UCC community, including but not limited to risks of physical injury, property damage, or financial loss.
3. Photography and Marketing Consent
3.1 Photography and Video Recording: The Participant acknowledges and consents to the possibility of being photographed or video recorded during the event. These photographs and videos may be used for marketing and promotional purposes by the UCC.
3.2 Use of Likeness: The Participant grants the UCC and Maggie Dickens the irrevocable right to use their likeness, image, and appearance as part of any marketing or promotional activities, without any compensation to the Participant.
3.3 Marketing Consent: By attending the event and joining the WhatsApp group, the Participant acknowledges and consents to receive and participate in marketing initiatives for the UCC.

4.1 No Charge for Events: While Ms. Dickens will make every effort to ensure that these events remain free of charge and will refrain from charging or receiving income from hosting these events, the Participant acknowledges that any expenses incurred are their own responsibility.

The Unapologetically Childfree™️ Community is growing fast in London and Lisbon, slowly but surely across the U.S.—and now… Canada is officially joining the party thanks to a lovely community member in Toronto who’s ready to host. 🫶✨
This will be the first Unapologetically Childfree™️ meetup in Toronto (and hopefully the first of many across Canada 🤞), created for childfree folks who are ready to find real community and lasting friendships.
While I won’t be there in person, this meetup will be hosted by Alison, a Toronto local and UCC member who’s excited to welcome you all and help get this community started IRL. 👯♀️💫***
