About us
This group is dedicated to creating safe, supportive spaces for women to express their emotions, reconnect with themselves, and grow — personally, professionally and spiritually.
We gather to move, reflect, connect and expand.
Dance is our primary tool not because you need to be a dancer, but because movement allows us to access emotions and insights that words sometimes cannot reach.
Why Dance?
Our facilitator brings several years of experience as a dance teacher, alongside yoga teacher training and ongoing studies in somatic healing.
This means our sessions are guided with awareness of:
• Nervous system regulation
• Emotional safety
• Body awareness
• Confidence-building through movement
Dance becomes a vehicle for expression, grounding and self-discovery.
What to Expect
Some events will be:
• Guided dance sessions
• Feminine expression workshops
• Reflection and sharing circles
• Confidence and embodiment practices
• Occasional community gatherings without dance
Some events will be free, others ticketed. Each event description will clearly explain the format.
“What style of dance is it?”
The style is intentionally flexible.
We choose the approach based on the needs of the group.
No previous dance experience is required as there will be variations of the same movementes for different levels.
This group is for you if:
• You want a safe space to express yourself
• You’re looking for meaningful female connection in Dublin
• You want to build confidence and emotional awareness
• You’re open to growth through embodied practices
• If you like dancing or moving your body
