Free Online Workshop: Craft Your Intention

A free online 40-minute experience for women who want to manifest their intentions into something real, through reflection and crafting.

Think of it as a vision board, but instead of a board of cut-out magazine photos, you'll craft a physical, intentional object, something that tells the story of where you are right now, and what you are calling in next.

This workshop is an invitation to slow down, go inward, and manifest your next chapter in a form you can actually see and touch.

How the session flows:

We'll open with a welcome and space to connect with the other women in the room, move into a short grounding exercise to arrive fully, and then flow into the creative work together, with guidance at every step. At the end, there'll be a moment for those who'd like to share what they've created.

Inspired by the power of symbolic creation, we'll move through five layers together:
🌑 Where you are — an object that reflects your present self, without judgement
🪨 The path — what has carried you, challenged you, or shifted you
🕯 The clearing — releasing what no longer serves you
🌱 The new garden — what you are planting: health, abundance, growth, joy... Whatever it might be
🌸 The bloom — your intention made visible, alive, and real

What you need:
You don't need anything special to join, apart from your intention (and even if you don't have that yet, but would like to find it, this will be a great place to do so). A pen and paper are truly enough, but if you'd like to make it richer visually, we'll send you a gentle suggestions list before the session (simple things you might already have at home) so you can prepare in advance.

This is a space to slow down, think clearly, bond with other females and give your intentions a form you can actually see.

P.S. Meetup doesn't allow creating events shorter than 1h, but this workshop is only supposed to last 40 minutes.
