ABOUT THE TALK
Product security is crucial for any company developing software. Flaws in software that impact availability, confidentiality, or integrity are often referred to as security issues or vulnerabilities, and may be seen as more severe than other bugs. However, building out a program to address and prevent these issues is a daunting task. In this talk, we'll discuss the basics of a product security program, what I've seen work, what I've seen fail, and everyone's favorite topic: automation.
