Meetup #2: develop customer personas + business continuity during COVID-19

Details

UNBOX meetup #2 will be online (see below for instructions + Zoom link)

This year UNBOX meetups will be focusing on the e-commerce customer journey - everything from determining who your ideal customer is, how they interact with your website, how your customer relationship management (CRM) system helps you stay connected to customers, streamline processes, and improve profitability and how to get your customers to market your business.

We anticipate a big change in the retail environment over the next months as the Coronavirus’ impact is felt past the immediate medical and tourism industries.

If you have a physical store more of your sales may be directed online, and one or two items in the basket could become five or six. Distribution will be different. Customer messaging will be different. Marketing online is going to get more expensive with more stores taking the online route.

There is no better time to be part of a community of e-commerce explorers, daredevils, and pioneers to share their experiences, stories, lessons learnt and inspiration to light up the darkest night.

Our next meetup is next Tuesday, 24th March at 6pm on Zoom. Join us.
