Final River Meditation

Details
Join me for our final meditation at Healing Heart Sanctuary before we re-locate in early October.
If you have been delaying your decision to join us, now is the time to say yes to this deeply spiritual and transformative river meditation. With all of the change that comes with autumn, this is the perfect time to reconnect with yourself, find your centre, and release old patterns that are no longer serving you.
The river is a truly special spot within the Healing Heart Sanctuary, and the perfect location for our final meditation. This beautiful sanctuary is graced with the presence of the Salmon River as it begins to prepare for the salmon migration, and the eagles communing with nature in the tall fir trees above us.
Simply spending time out in nature and slowing down to the rhythm of the horses and the river has the ability to reduce stress and increase your sense of wellbeing. Discover how slowing down and truly taking notice of the world around you allows you to feel connected, grounded, and truly at peace. Tap into your inner stillness, enter into a state of mindfulness, and open yourself to the healing power of nature during this meditation.
Water has strong healing properties, and the sounds will envelope your senses and allow you to release old patterns. The horses will join us at the beginning of our centering practice in the covered arena and then once again at the end as we create a tribal blessing in a circle of love and abundance.
This is a meditation you absolutely do not want to miss! Autumn is the season that shows us the absolute beauty and grace in releasing what no longer serves us, taking the time to rest and care for ourselves, and the joy that comes from deep, rejuvenating breaths.
As we will be meditating down by the river, please ensure that you come prepared for the fall weather! Please wear rain clothes and boots in case of wet weather. Tea and hot chocolate will be served.
• Pre-registration and payment is required to save your spot.
• All participants must sign a waiver upon arrival in order to participate.
• All participants must wear closed-toed shoes.
• Photos are allowed, however all cell phones must be turned off during the meditation.
