Unconference IL

On 13/3/23, we were kicked out during a meetup from the Microsoft Reactor in Tel Aviv due to security issues. Hence, we moved to a round table in the building lobby and converted our talks into open discussions: no slides, no stands, no formality, just people and software stories. On the day after, the good memories got us to a decision to try it again (without the kicking out part :))
This is how Unconference meetups were born.
The format rules are simple. Instead of one speaker for all the attendees, we have multiple round tables where people share their stories for 10-15m and then open the discussion. No slides, no stands, no formality, just people and software stories.
