Mah-Velous Monday Shindig

Get ready for a fun-packed afternoon with our Unconscious Bias Project community! As part of our #InclusionHappensTogether fundraising campaign, UBP will be hosting a virtual gathering for folks across the country, called “Mah-velous Monday Shindig.”
We’ll bring together our Co-EDs, Linet and Alexis, along with the rest of the crew, from advisors to co-founders to volunteers. With them we’ll also have a special guest - Miss Cleo Patois! We’ll have storytime with some of our favorite kids’ books that fight bias early. Miss Cleo will perform songs and entertain us, and you’ll get to vote on what she performs next! You can chat with each other and make connections with other bias fighters, get updates on next year for UBP, and also participate in a mini-workshop on fighting bias.
This shindig will be a rollicking good time, and a great chance to chat with familiar and new faces. Is there a better way to spend a Monday afternoon? (Check the back of your textbook: the answer is “Nope!”) The event is Monday the 21st, from 3:00-5:30pm PST - the last hours of this solar year. We’re so excited to close out the year with you.
