What we’re about
this club is for women in their 20s (1996-2003, only) who want to discuss thought-provoking films, books, designers, music, etc (on a world scale, not just a western one) with other like-minded individuals!
the goal is to create a fun and fresh atmosphere with women who are passionate about what they're speaking about and are open to criticism and debate (friendly banter) <3
ideally twice a month but once is fine depending on the vibe and the amount of people
the plan: if twice a month, then one day reserved for film (watching a movie, discussing it) and the other for literature, otherwise we alternate between the two.
- books and films of all genres welcome except scifi and horror [annabelle, exorcist, etc] (not to be confused with gothic and thriller)
- i'd also like to arrange museum/exhibition dates for fashion archives, etc
Please share with me your favourite authors/books, directors/films, etc once accepted, I want to make this group as coherent as possible.
Club meetings are based in central, details will be provided once established, see you then! Xx
